IndusInd Bank Ltd.(down 0.51 per cent), Axis Bank Ltd.(down 0.31 per cent), Au Small Finance Bank Ltd.(down 0.28 per cent) and Federal Bank Ltd.(down 0.01 per cent) were the top losers on the index.
The Nifty Bank index was up 0.32 per cent at 49860.2 at the time of writing this report.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 118.46 points at 23026.05, while the BSE Sensex was up 383.04 points at 75832.09.
