On March 2, FouseyTube announced his challenge to his followers, revealing that he would be embarking on a month-long water fast. “For the next 30 days, I will be doing a WATER-ONLY FAST, completely alone in a cabin. I will be fasting normally for Ramadan from Sunrise to Sunset and then to break my fast am only allowed water, black coffee and electrolytes,” he stated. He further emphasized that he would be cutting off food, nicotine, and human interaction entirely.“I didn’t prep for this. No tapering down food. No easing off nicotine. I’m dropping everything at once—and you get to watch it all happen in real-time,” he wrote, highlighting the extreme nature of his decision. To make his experience even more unique, he revealed that ChatGPT was responsible for designing his daily schedule and survival challenges.
The Transformation and Final Meal
After a month of strict fasting, FouseyTube took to social media on March 31 to share his progress. Posting side-by-side images of his physique before and after the challenge, he wrote, “Day 30 of my 30 Day Water Fast. It’s not until you look back at where you started that you realize how far you’ve come. There’s so much I could say—but I’m physically, mentally, and spiritually drained in a way words can’t describe.”The fast officially ended on March 30, when he live-streamed his first proper meal in 30 days. He opted for a carefully planned meal consisting of bone broth, watermelon, eggs, avocado, chicken, and rice. “All will be dependent on how I feel throughout. Bites will be small, conscious, and meticulous,” he explained, stressing the importance of reintroducing food carefully after prolonged fasting.
