Pahalgam terror attack: Pakistan Def Minister Khawaja Asif denies connection to the incident
Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif responded to the recent deadly attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, stating that Pakistan has no connection to the incident. He emphasized that Pakistan does not support terrorism in any form and urged against blaming his country for the attack. Asif also pointed out that India’s interference in Balochistan and the rising unrest in various Indian states, marked by local rebellions, should be recognized as homegrown resistance movements. This comes after a militant assault on tourists in Kashmir left at least 26 dead and 17 others injured, marking the deadliest attack in the region in nearly two decades. In the wake of the attack, India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi returned early from a visit to Saudi Arabia.
