Las Vegas, renowned for its extravagant and opulent structures like Casinos or museums, has now added another marvel to its collection: the 'Sphere', a cutting-edge entertainment venue claimed to possess the world's highest-resolution wraparound LED screen. Although the Sphere is scheduled to officially open in September, it was illuminated this past Tuesday to celebrate the Fourth of July, a national holiday in the US.

The immersive visuals displayed on the Sphere have taken social media by storm. While many are awestruck by this technological wonder, others have raised concerns about the additional light pollution it may contribute to Las Vegas.
