The Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee is holding a hearing Thursday to address the alarming rise in antisemitism on U.S. college campuses following the October 7, 2023, Hamas attacks. The hearing, titled "Antisemitic Disruptions on Campus: Ensuring Safe Learning Environments for All Students." Witnesses for the hearing include, Carly Gammill, Director of Legal Policy StandWithUs Center for Combatting Antisemitism, Rabbi Levi Shemtov, Dr. Charles Asher Small, Executive Director Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy and Kenneth S. Stern, Director at Bard Center for the Study of Hate.
