SC collegium recommends transfer of 7 high court judges

Synopsis
The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the transfer of seven high court judges, including four from the Karnataka High Court. These transfers aim to enhance inclusivity, diversity, and the quality of justice administration across high courts. The decisions were made during Collegium meetings held on April 15 and 19.
Justice Heman Chandanagoudar has been recommended to be transferred from Karnataka HC to Madras HC, justice Krishnan Natarajan from Karnataka to Kerala HC, justice Neranahalli Srinivasan Sanjay Gowda from Karnataka to Gujarat HC, justice Perugu Sree Sudha from Telangana to Karnataka HC, justice Kasoju Surendhar from Telangana to Madras HC, justice Dr Kumbhajadala Manmadha Rao from Andhra Pradesh to Karnataka HC and justice Dixit Krishna Sripad from Karnataka to Orissa HC.
