Prime Minister Narendra Modi met a long-time admirer who had given up wearing footwear 14 years ago, vowing not to wear any until Modi became Prime Minister and he got the chance to meet him. Rampal Kashyap's vow was fulfilled at a Haryana rally on Monday as the PM himself made him wear shoes.
