Gypsy Rose Blanchard has showcased her slim post-baby body after giving birth to her daughter Aurora in December 2024. She revealed that she brought down her weight by 25 pounds through healthier eating habits since her release from prison in December 2023. Blanchard shared her transformation on Instagram on April 13, 2025, posting a before-and-after image documenting her physical changes and new lifestyle.

Blanchard's post featured two side-by-side photos. One photo showed her at a red carpet event in a black dress, while the other featured her in a white top and jeans posing in front of a mirror. The caption read: “My 25lbs weight loss.”

Many fans responded with encouragement and questions about her weight loss approach while there were some comments expressed skepticism.


"Is it sustainable or just another short-term achievement in a cycle of dieting?" asked one. Another comment read: "You look taller too? Did you get your knees done?"

Blanchard addressed the comments by explaining her approach to health.

She wrote, “I’ve seen a lot of comments of people asking how I lost the weight, so my weight loss journey started once getting out of prison. When I started eating healthier instead of prison food, the weight began to fall off. I started eating twice a day and smaller portions.”

Blanchard's daughter, Aurora, was born on December 28, 2024, exactly one year after Blanchard's release from prison. She has been increasingly open about her post-prison life, including changes to her appearance and daily habits. She has also been involved in television roles.
