However, renowned nutritionist Khyati Rupani has now shed light on the extreme and sometimes unhealthy practices followed by Bollywood stars to maintain their appearances. In a candid conversation on One Take With Aniket, she revealed how many celebrities follow restrictive diets, undergo surgical procedures, and sometimes even suffer severe health issues due to their fitness regimens.

The Truth Behind Celebrity Diets

According to Khyati Rupani, the diet plans that celebrities promote on social media often do not reflect their actual eating habits. She explained that while they claim to consume staple foods like rice and wheat, the reality is far stricter. "They keep showing you things—‘I am doing this, I am eating this, I am having roti, I am having rice’—but they don’t do any of it. Their diets are extremely strict to the point that they feel dizzy on set," she stated.

Risky Trend of Ghee Coffee

Another shocking revelation made by Rupani was about the increasing trend of celebrities endorsing ghee coffee as a health essential. While it may work for them, she warned that it is not a sustainable practice for the general public. "Jo ghee coffee vo log peete hai na poore din mein, baaki koi oil or ghee unke diet mein nahi hota. Humari diet mein hoga hi, kahin na kahin se aayega hi. Hum nahi ji sakte waise. Vo poora din nimbu pani par nikal sakte hai. Vo poora din sirf Greek yogurt par nikal sakte hai," she said.


Rupani even pointed out that actress Rakul Preet Singh, who had promoted ghee coffee while showcasing her strength in the gym, was hospitalized due to a gym injury shortly after. This, she argued, highlights the dangers of blindly following celebrity diet trends.

Sara Ali Khan’s Weight Loss Journey

Discussing drastic celebrity transformations, Rupani brought up Sara Ali Khan’s remarkable weight loss. The actress, who once weighed 90 kg, now flaunts a lean and toned physique. However, Rupani questioned the naturalness of such a transformation. "So, in fact, I was watching this morning—90 kg Sara Ali Khan, today she is showing abs. It’s like a concave shape, not even straight—it has gone inward. They push themselves to the extreme. I am not naming any celebrity, but a lot of them go under the knife. Such perfection is simply not possible, yaar," she remarked.

Rupani strongly advised against blindly following celebrity-endorsed fitness trends, emphasizing that their lifestyles and dietary restrictions are unsustainable for the average person. "Even if you kill yourself, genetic makeup does come into the force. Toh thoda realistic rehte hai yaar. Inspiration le lo but not what they eat," she warned.
