Assam to soon launch 'Peer-to-Peer Solar Energy Transaction scheme'
Assam is launching a peer-to-peer solar energy trading platform. Consumers with rooftop solar panels and surplus energy can sell it to other consumers through a digital platform. Unsold energy will be bought back by the Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL).
